Called to reschedule due to the bad weather and tornado warning and had the phone hung up in my face. I do not recommend this place.

Very professional and friendly customer service, nurses, and phlebotomist. Dr. Pendley was excellent! She listened patiently and was genuinely concerned about my issues. Amy the attending nurse and Andrea the onsite phlebotomist were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a neurological expert!

First, they only take checks, which surprised me, because these days every clinic takes credit cards. After my first visit, I got my bill for the visit in my mailbox and mailed them a check. Then a few weeks later, I got another bill for the same visit. I thought the mail might get lost, so I mailed them another check. After that, I received the third bill for the same visit.
