Front desk guy is extremely rude and cocky. Too many other clubs In the area offer great customer service to settle for this.
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the ongoing safety hazards presented by your golf course, particularly in relation to the proximity of your property to a busy two-way public road. There are currently no protective nets, signage, or other precautionary measures in place to prevent stray golf balls from exiting the course and potentially causing property damage or life-threatening accidents.
