Excellent, Professional from the front office to Medical Care.
I have been going to Memphis Lung for over a year now and Dr. Schriner is very attentive to your issues.The staff is patience and professional.
Dr. Shriner was very nice. He spent several minutes with me, and went over everything in detail, and answered all my questions. We have good plan options for treatment. I’m very glad I saw him! He eased my mind on several things.
Dr Schriner is caring and personable. Jasmine was his assistant today and she too was kind and caring. The online consent for treatment doesn’t allow any modifications. Currently it’s all of nothing. We should be able to strike through anything listed which is not approved by the patient. I didn’t sign the online form prior to coming to the office because I couldn’t modify. The clerk insisted that the forms weren’t completed and she wanted me to complete them again. I asked for a printed consent and it seemed to be too much.... read more
