I have found the customer services at MLGW are good. They are courteous answering the phone, and very helpful.
Not starting off good. I'm an out of state investor. MLGW is refusing to turn on the utilities at one of my homes until I provide an unnecessary amount of documentation in person at their office. I've never encountered something like this before. I don't live in the state. **Update #1** so I called them.. turns out it's because of a remaining balance from the tenant who moved out. I'm not sure why they couldn't have said that over email. So I have to get an affidavit signed showing my ownership and prove that the tenant move... read more
