We fell behind on our utilities for one month, so they decided to add 2 separate deposit fees for $250. Now guaranteeing we’ll stay behind. They also don’t properly read the meters and just estimate on usage. Months where I’m not home for weeks at a time are somehow more expensive than months where I’m using the heat or AC the majority of days. It makes no sense. Monopolies need to be broken up. This company is a sham and should be ashamed
Tired of Memphis light gas and water estimated my bills. If you have a smart meter. I thought the bills are read from downtown. Why they are saying the meter reader came out? Only feet touch my grass is mine, yard man and ducks. So who is reading my meter. Had an additional fee on my bill from their last mistake. Now my bill is showing the same amount. Should be atleast 100.00 cheaper. All.my bills showing the same amount, down to the penny.
