Do not have to wait for a long time
Unprofessional and irresponsible behavior exhibited by the lady behind desk #5! Next time you tell your child what to do not me. I’m a costumer and should be treated as such!
Customer service is nonexistent. The staff that you speak with loses their temper at the most basic requests. They are also not able to answer any questions beyond the basics that can be found online.
A tree branch fell and knocked my power completely out. I called mlgw emergency line and my power was restored less than 3 hours. They also cut the other excessive branches that were near the power grid . Thanks MLGW !!
I haven't received anything but great service from the security guards to the cashiers
