Everytime I've had to visit this location, everyone is friendly and professional and knows what they're doing!! I'm glad this is my MLGW location! MLGW Representative: TAD/3722 I think that is what she wrote. She is awesome!!
The way they are handling this power outage feels criminal. The last update we had was 9 hours ago. I've had better communication in other states for lost internet. Actual electricity is crazy. It's not how you should treat your own people living here in Memphis. I hope those in high positions notice and correct this. I'm still in disbelief, no one running the show is asking for updates to provide their residents? Where is the sense of urgency? Still one of the worst customer service companies in Memphis. That's what happens when you allow employees to act anyway they want without consequences. Went in to make a payment from a check that was returned my MLGW. The person behind the counter was not interested in why it was returned even know I tried to show her the letter. She said "all we do is take payments" you want anything else you have to go see someone.
