James has been servicing my irrigation system and performing my backflow tests for over 20 years. Great service for a fair price.
Called to set up time for an estimate. No response. Called back. Guy called me, said txt him address. I did. Followed up with when are you coming. No response. I don't use companies who don't respond initially; if they can't be bothered to call back on an estimate, they can't be trusted for customer service during/after the job.
Very easy to get an appointment. James was very professional and courteous, highly recommend! We used them to winterize our irrigation system
