Horrible customer service. And after leaving 3 reviews (and all deleted) I can see their intransigence continues. Almost a month after my MRI and Dr. Himmelstein's office has yet to contact me. Dana, his assistant, has NEVER once answered a phone call in 5 years of seeing Dr. H. Your time is theirs and they will call you when ready. This is the most pitiful, disrespectful service from a Physicians office I've ever heard of. Dr. H is wonderful, his assistant, Dana, is an incompetent lazy employee.
