I'd give Dr. Patel the highest recommendation- very knowledgeable and interested in his patients. Additionally, the staff and nurses were quite friendly and helpful. So why the bad review? The nurse who drew my blood has issues. I'm very veiny and have always been an easy patient when it comes to drawing blood. The nurse at Stern Cardiovascular told me: "I like poking people, you learn a lot." She had no problem finding my vein, but she inserted the needle deep- much deeper than necessary. well for one they can be a little more nicer to people that can't read because I when up there for a appointment and I don't have any insurance and I don't have a job so I don't have any money and when they said they were going to give me a sheet of paper to fill out for financial assistance I told them I couldn't read it and they ask me to take it home so someone can help me read it and I have no one to help me read and fill it out and then they asked me if I can cover the office visit that day how am I supposed to pay for ... read more

I see Dr. Sneed, he a great Dr. someone told me the first Dr. Sneed is no long taking new patiences. He takes time with his patience.
Been waiting since December to be contacted for an appointment with Dr. Sneed. Was told they lost the paperwork my doctor faxed. It was refaxed. No call. Repeatedly called to get an appointment today only to go to voicemail with a promise to call back. I was told in the voicemail "have a blessed day". Was told late this afternoon by my doctor to go to the emergency room and see if they can find a cardiologist for me. Shameful practice Dr. Sneed and Stern.
