The nursing and technician staff are great. The administration is unprofessional and uncaring as are the physicians. I would not recommend this group to anyone.

Went in for shortness of breath and palpations. When the doctor walked in he looked at me crazy asking me why I was there ECHO and EKG were normal and there was nothing he could do and went to walk out!!!!!!!! I stopped him and asked a few questions but felt like he was over the conversation and didn’t seem to care. A little over a week later and I’m lost at what to do.
I'd give Dr. Patel the highest recommendation- very knowledgeable and interested in his patients. Additionally, the staff and nurses were quite friendly and helpful. So why the bad review? The nurse who drew my blood has issues. I'm very veiny and have always been an easy patient when it comes to drawing blood. The nurse at Stern Cardiovascular told me: "I like poking people, you learn a lot." She had no problem finding my vein, but she inserted the needle deep- much deeper than necessary. well for one they can be a little more nicer to people that can't read because I when up there for a appointment and I don't have any insurance and I don't have a job so I don't have any money and when they said they were going to give me a sheet of paper to fill out for financial assistance I told them I couldn't read it and they ask me to take it home so someone can help me read it and I have no one to help me read and fill it out and then they asked me if I can cover the office visit that day how am I supposed to pay for ... read more
