Being friendly don’t count as good service, I has to get a replacement hearing aid, it took forever to get it. Than the features on the hearing aid doesn’t work. Of it work when at some point while using it. The hearing support specialist didn’t connect anything to my phone. Nothing was working, which means I had to cut it off at my office. The worst part about it you can’t reach anyone to get it fixed. This the second time I experienced this lack of service from the hearing specialist. Dr. Springer was wonderful and was really nice. The testing was easy. Dr. Springer went over the cost of the different models which was interesting. The lady at the desk was very nice and sweet. Overall, I had a great experience.
