Being friendly don’t count as good service, I has to get a replacement hearing aid, it took forever to get it. Than the features on the hearing aid doesn’t work. Of it work when at some point while using it. The hearing support specialist didn’t connect anything to my phone. Nothing was working, which means I had to cut it off at my office. The worst part about it you can’t reach anyone to get it fixed. This the second time I experienced this lack of service from the hearing specialist. I did not have an appointment. I stopped by to see if my hearing aids could be cleaned. I was in & out in 10 minutes with clean hearing aids.
Dr.Caitlyn is an excellent Audiologist. I am always pleased with her work. She is very knowledgeable and talented. I highly recommend her!
A great experience!
Staff was professional & polite. Very focused on selling hearing aids. Need to research as to what is usual & customary, but found it odd that they do not accept Medicare or Medigap insurance
