The clinic was very clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others!
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE BUT HAVE AN EMPTY WAITING AREA. THEN WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU STILL HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME.
I did a walk in because I have this irritating swooshing sound in my ear. I believe the Dr who saw me was named Heffner. I told her my issue & she looked in my ear w the otoscope & TOLD me there wasn’t anything wrong w my ear.. I said yes it is & she continue to tell me no it wasn’t! So I told her my ear is swooshing rite now @ this moment & she persisted (being rude) to tell me there wasn’t anything wrong w my ear! But she said she would give me Flonase for my sinus after I told her I didn’t have sinus/allergy issues… then ... read more
