Memphis Health Center really need to evaluate there front desk phone secretaries they do not answer the phone every time I call I'm waiting for long periods of time then sent to voicemail and this was at 8:20 this morning now here it is 9;10 a.m. and I still haven't got anybody on the phone to set an appointment all I'm trying to do is set up an appointment I could never call in to set up an appointment why do they have lazy people answering their phones which they don't answer Memphis Health Center really need to evaluate... read more
I have been a patient at MHC for almost 14 years now. I love most of the staff and how personal they are with me and my kids. Time can be an issue at times but its expected for most doctrors visits anywhere you go. However they have a doctro that is fairly new, Cheryl Giles. She is the absolute worst choice they have ever made in the length of my time as a patient here. She is very rude and combative. She is very aggressive and sarcastic. I have seen her twice now. If anyone gave memphis health centers a star it only because you have to give at least one star not a good clinic ... Run....if you like your health it's hard to make appointments long office waits. Not professional at building looks good . but there team is so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wGIVE MEMPHIS HEALTH CENTER ZERO STARS This clinic use to be great then they started changing your doctors before you get to know them good . the new doctors don't really try to find out your true problem it seems as if there all in it just for a pay check. They let go all the good doctors and social workers And brought a pack of young loud talking unconcerned nurses and doctors.
