Memphis Garage Door Service did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning. The pricing was very fair, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. Zachary was professional, honest, and never tried to upsell anything. He took his time, avoided shortcuts, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I had 3 rooms, a hallway, 12 steps, and a few problem areas cleaned, including an older pet urine spot in the rug that we had tried to treat ourselves. What an excellent experience. I found this carpet cleaning service through a simple online search and decided to call after reading the reviews. They were able to schedule same-day carpet cleaning, which was a huge help. While the team was on site, I also asked about upholstery cleaning for my dining room chairs and pressure washing for the front porch, and they took care of everything right away. Roger was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with, which made the whole visit even better. We even shared a few laughs duri... read more

Within minutes, the equipment was set up and the carpet cleaning was underway. When the job was finished, i was honestly amazed by how clean everything looked. The high traffic areas looked fresh again, and several worn-looking sections came back to life. roger was very attentive to wh... read more

After another carpet cleaning service left several stains behind and the carpets still looked barely cleaned, Dale and Roger stepped in and completely turned things around. Dale inspected the problem areas, explained what could be treated, gave a clear quote, and started the carpet cleaning right away. They were professional, careful, and very thorough throughout the whole job. The difference was easy to see once the cleaning was finished. The high-traffic areas looked much better, the stubborn spots were treated properly, a... read more
