Horrible service. Refused to get me a copy of my mom’s death certificate. Blew me off and put me on hold multiple times.
This was my first experience dealing with death so close, my husband of 35 years. The Memphis Funeral Home did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of my deceased husband. They made sure every detail was attended to, from transporting his body from Peachtree City to Memphis, to making sure all my needs were met. I lost my mom on June 29,2020. I knew I wanted to lay her to rest somewhere beautiful. So we chose memorial park for her funeral services and burial. Allen and Kyle were amazing. They helped make this process as easy as possible and communicated with me and answered questions every step of the way. They really made this difficult time easier. They were kind and compassionate.
