I had a wonderful experience at Memphis Endodontics in Collierville, TN. Michelle, the office scheduler set a friendly tone with her warm demeanor prior to my visit. Raven, who assisted the doctor with my procedure was friendly and did everything she could to keep me comfortable and relaxed. And then there’s Dr. Scott… I give him an A+ for bedside manner. Oh, lord. Whoever they have answering the phones for all the locations needs to take their lunch break or some PTO because she was rude and short in conversation. Not someone that needs to be handling calls but I don’t think these companies really care, lol. Let’s hope my appointment is just to the point and I can get out as soon as possible.
