I am saddened to have to write this review, but we have been given no choice. We have used Michales cleaning service for more than 1.5 years now. The first cleaning services were not the greatest and required alot of feedback. When we finally got to a place where the cleanings were being done correctly he told us his rate was increasing by 50%. He told us we had to "cover product, overhead and taxes".
