Dr Arcot & staff are absolutely excellent! If all doctors offices work like this office does the world would be a better place. Dr Arcot talks to you like your human not like your to stupid to understand. He's 5 Star! Staff enjoy working there and that's saying a lot.
I arrived earlier and was called in 15 minutes ahead of schedule--that never happens anymore: to be seen on time, let alone early! The staff kept me moving, Dr. saw me, listened, ordered ultrasound, told me the results and sent me along my way. I enjoyed the calm, efficient staff and the pleasant environment. Looking forward to being seen again! Thanks Dr. Arcot and staff.
