I’ve been here for almost a year and so far so good… management seems to be ok though I miss Melissa..she’s such a sweetie pie . The new manager never has an answer to anything I ask it’s always “it’s up to corporate”..and the questions I ask are simple questions...However in my area the kids!!! I understand kids are going to be kids but these are unruly kids ! I lived here for almost 5 years and it’s family oriented and if you see or hear anything security Eddie takes calls 24 hrs Maitnance comes quick Melissa and jodi is very helpful I love the community in the gates i luv the community patio I wish we could utilize the inside And I like that the neighbor cuts grass at a very affordable price but I have recommend ppl here and love it
I have lived here for the past 2 years, and my stay has been amazing. Everyone has been so nice. From Mr Eddie (security) to maintenance to Melissa and then Jodi who is the current property Manager. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I am so glad I found my home and STRONGLY recommend to anyone who is looking to give it a try and check this amazing place out.
Great place to be but manager Jodie is trash. Uneducated, careless, no help to her tenants just there. Old managers was awesome, understood and helped with housing issues and financial problems.
Beautiful place to live! Jodi (the manager) is very friendly and helpful. They have a playground for the kids to play and bikes to ride. Jodi goes above and beyond keeping this place nice! Would definitely recommend for a nice, safe and affordable place to live!!!
