I wish zero stars were an option. Tried to seek help from them for years. Just consistently assigned me to different people claiming to be attorneys but could never help with legal matters. They are quick to close cases and send out letters. Calling them for information is a nuisance because they love to give you the runaround due to change in staff. Just another way to waste resources in a city with a flawed system.
They just follow protocol to seem like they assisted in some way or like they care. They said they could help me but the day before my court date they said they could only give advice. Is this a facade?
The worst service ever. I've already paid all fees to them and they can't keep employees, they won't follow up or even keep you posted on what is going on. I fear I would have to pay fees now to a more competent company and sue this establishment because this is ridiculous.
They don’t answer the phone and when you go down there you have to pay for parking only to get inside to be turned around
I'm also thinking this office don't exist
