Knowledgeable and direct. Highly recommend Memo's. They helped pull out a stuck nail out of my Rivian 50 PSI All Terrain tires and did a leak test to make sure its safe. After no leak was found, he said to just come back if there's any leaks as a free assessment.
We were out of town and leaving the hotel after the first night, one of our tires had completely deflated. We gave this place a try. Quick, courteous, and reasonable price for the replacement tire. Out of there probably within 20 minutes.
Being someone’s who’s not even from the area and coming into memos I felt no welcoming and helpful presence the moment I walked in. I came in for a routine lug nut change which btw was supposed to cost me $60 per 20 lug nuts making 1 for $3 btw next shop over charged me $35 and no extra fee to install. Memos tire told me that if I wanted to install it even though I called prior for a quote it would be $60 + labor to put on some lugs.
