Bought some semi new rims they said were a specific wheel pattern, turns out they were not that size, now they don’t want to refund

Avoid this place at all costs!! Memo’s Tires absolutely butchered our lift installation. The cuts they made were HORRIBLE — crooked, messy, jagged, and completely unprofessional. It looked like someone with zero experience grabbed a saw and went to town on our truck. Nothing was measured right, templates were not used, the whole job was very unprofessional. The WORST experience ever. Left from Yselta high school with a flat tire. Stopped here to get it fixed and this guy asks me what happened (rude and already in a bad mood). I answered i didn't know because it was like that when I came out of the game. He tells me you can go ahead and leave we aren't doing business with you..... like what??? Im flabbergasted. This gentleman seriously needs to have better customer service ever.
Please be careful! When asking quotes the owners girlfriend will go at you for messaging “her man” for inquiring on tires and say that you want to steal her man. Guillermo Escobar please do better.
