Came here to get my tier fixed the other day and left with a damaged rim. No one bothered to inform me and clearly hoped I wouldn’t notice. It’s frustrating to trust a business especially when they’re unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes just to avoid liability.
