Went in to talk to Mike re Voyager 17 Quilting Machine that was locking up on the bottom for unknown reasons. He took his time showing us how the basic machine worked, poked at the gearing and explained a lot of detail on stitch length regulator. He was not able to fix the issue on the spot, but swapped out a machine he had on the shelf to get my quilter going again!
