Used Memory Lane services recently for taking our group of 9 to a concert downtown Toronto. Brian was such a gentleman and took great care and pride in his service. We’ve used these services a number of times before and always with great courtesy and professionalism. We’ll use Memory Lane again and recommend.
Would not recommend. Booked service for our Wedding which included initial pickup of wedding party from hotel to venue and end of the night pickup to return to hotel. Originally was going to use taxi service to transport guests back to hotel at the end of the night, I was persuaded by the owner to add additional service using a 24-person shuttle bus which was extra. Absolutely terrible customer service, punctuality, and no respect for the customer. Hired for our wedding limo and fooled into paying full in advance. A few months later- trying to contact to confirm details for the wedding, no answer for a few days with multiple phone calls and left messages. When we finally got a hold of Bryan he was agressive and rude on the phone, yelling and telling me (the bride) that there is no need to contact him a month before the wedding and that details are confirmed one week before - that is NOT... read more
