Staff here were friendly, would chat and be helpful picking out pieces and assisting you shop. Lots of good sales periodically through the store, and owner is in there a lot and helps with pricing. I bought 2 star garnets, and they helped with a flashlight to look at color, they told me about the garnets, one was 25% off and one was a piece from the 1950s and was transparent so being old and rare was not on sale but the sales lady asked the owner and they agreed to give me 10% discount which is nice!
