botched my negatives – Two sets of negatives are scratched, cut badly, water spotted, and now fading rapidly. Its kodak tri-x 400... how hard can it be to develop black and white? The prints I had made are fine but I can't believe the lack of attention to the negatives. Completely careless. Staff talked over me. Will never go back.
