Went to visit my father today and was welcomed with standing water, markers under water. I have made numerous calls to management but nobody seems to want to do anything about it.

My mother passed away on November 5th, 2017. Our family counselor was Jim ********. My mother was buried in Memory gardens in your Arlington Heights location. We paid for the bronze marker on 11/6/2017 and we assured the marked would be placed on her grave as soon as weather permitted. • In January 2018, still no marker. • In April again told too wet to install. • On 7-26-2018 still no marker and were told in the morning, (Kelly) told us the marker would be installed later that day.
