Carlton Senior Living Sacramento is exactly what you may imagine by the name. It is beautiful inside with lots of natural light and tons going on, very grand! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable in the time that I was there. I felt like I was part of their family immediately. If you haven't been, I recommend going for a meal or one of their Happy Hours, I know those are my Nana's favorites.

We moved our 91 year old mother to the Carlton in Elk Grove about 2 months ago. What a fantastic place for her to spend her senior years. All of the staff and facilities are first rate Brian Wilhite, the cruise director, is one of the most accommodating men we have met with the personality to deal with senior adults. We visited six other facilities in Elk Grove, although they were all great, the Carlton has the best quality and services for what we can afford. " high five for the restaurant" Rod Alderson

This is a FANTASTIC Assisted Living Facility!! My grandmother has thrived since moving here in May 2013. She puts together puzzles with friends, has a special "Dowton Hour" hosted by the executive director, and really enjoys that she can have her pet dachshund with her there! All of her medical needs are well taken care of and we are contacted on a routine basis about her progress. She also enjoys the shopping trips the community bus provides for her

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR SENIOR RELATIVE OR FRIEND TO GO TO THIS FACILITY! The management at the Carlton Plaza on Fulton is terrible. My family has filed approximately 15 complaints with the state licensing department in a four month period regarding my grandmother's care, safety, and living conditions. The facility was cited for falsifying my grandmother's paperwork in an effort to circumvent communication with the listed responsible party, my mother. The management then used that falsified paperwork as a means to communicate only... read more

Carlton Senior Living is a heaven for the seniors. Truly these guys are amazing. They care even better than the siblings. God bless them, they are very friendly and caring towards seniors. I am definitely going to recommend them.

My fathers terrible life ends at Carlton Senior Living. He is very happy here with his new friends. Their activities made him an active person. Thanks Guys.
