Never answered the phone. There door is broken and I can’t access my storage. However, they faithful take my money monthly.. do not use this company they are trash and hard to contact when there is an issue.
It was great while I was renting from them but when it’s time to cancel they would not pick up the phone nor return my email and continue to pull from my bank account. So beware
I stored my furniture in this facility because it was climate control . Everything I stored is ruined with Mold !!! My Grandmothers dining room table and hutch are behind repair . My Lazy Boy Couch and recliner are a total mold . There is no climate control here !!!!
