We used Memories Out Loud for our wedding, and it was such a unique and memorable experience. 3 stars because I did get my recordings and the cover picture that was provided was on it. But if I wouldn't use this company again. 1. She forgot to send out the phone to my Thursday wedding, refused to answer my text when I asked her to over night ship it. Grant it, this was ONLY because I called her a few days before.
