The litte asian man was rude, I politely asked if he could set the time on my watch and he said that will be 19.95, I said excuse me 19.95 to set the time on my watch? Takes literally 1 minute to set its a g-shock. He had little man attitude becaue he was eating his noodles. I will never go back to that place. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Pretty much a costume jewelry store seems to be professionally incompetent to work on solid Gold bracelet or necklace clasp was unable to change a battery in my watch I would recommend going elsewhere I brought thsounds worth of jewelry in he was unable to help with any of it my opinion is don't waste your time here

I have my bracelet repaired and 3 weeks later it broke! I took it back to this place and was told no guarantee on their work. I would not recommend this place after all!

He didn't have the stone I needed for my ring I need repaired, but he did replace batteries in three of our watches. He said it would only take 45 mins, but we let him know we would pick them up the next day if that was an option & it was.
