I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at your jewelry shop. Customer service should be a priority in any business, but the way you treat customers is unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. My ring has never sparkled more than it did when it was cleaned here. It was like it was brand new! I also had some earrings repaired and the attention to detail was impeccable. My first repair was done elsewhere and you could see residual glue/epoxy, not at Memories. I will definitely be back. They have a very vast and unique collection of jewelry- you’ll surely find something for you there.

The litte asian man was rude, I politely asked if he could set the time on my watch and he said that will be 19.95, I said excuse me 19.95 to set the time on my watch? Takes literally 1 minute to set its a g-shock. He had little man attitude becaue he was eating his noodles. I will never go back to that place. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Pretty much a costume jewelry store seems to be professionally incompetent to work on solid Gold bracelet or necklace clasp was unable to change a battery in my watch I would recommend going elsewhere I brought thsounds worth of jewelry in he was unable to help with any of it my opinion is don't waste your time here
