Hired them for our Louvre Museum tour. We were a group of 20 people provided with bluetooth headphones. Our guide Leno was very knowledgeable, as he had a degree in history. Spoke fluent English and answered everyone's questions with good detail. While some ignorant tourists had their biases while asking questions, he answered them very neutral, balanced and unbiased. 5/5
Bayo was a terrific guide. He gave lots of interesting facts of Versailles. Love it!
