Adding a review as a response to Snehal's reply on Gayatri Potphode: The frustration we faced was lack of responsiveness from Snehal despite multiple follow ups through Insta msgs, text msgs and even phone calls. She did not bother to respond at all. All we looked for was a simple response and not the photos! The edits were really disappointing! We did a Christmas shoot and a cherry blossom shoot. She does a great job at capturing great photos in just 15-20 minutes. The 1 lost star is because my cherry blossom photos came back very edited my skin was over smoothed. She fixed the problem but it did take a while. Overall I would recommend getting pictures done especially because of the great price!

Will not recommend any service of hers. After maternity shoot and payments were completed, she became unresponsive and unprofessional on the editing part. Photo editing was poor!! Despite of multiple follow ups, she did not respond back. Finally we got our photos after struggling for more than a month! I personally disliked her services as we were fed up with the follows up for our photos!
