Had the best experience with Snehal. We had gone in for new born photos and they turned out amazing. She is so patient with newborns, we were amazed how calm our daughter was while getting her photos done. We will be back for her 1 year photos for sure :)
Very awful service! Double booked us with someone who was 3 day post partum. We showed up same time on her door. Snehal didn’t know what to do, so she spoke to us and asked us if we could come back the day after and will do our shoot for free. We showed up did the shoot. Message her a day later if shes gonna refund us the initial deposit, instead I asked for extra pictures in liue but she denied my request and said “Refund has been made and your pictures have been deleted!! Snehal was so gentle with my baby. we loved the pictures so much and they were stunning also the quality and the clarity of the pictures perfect thank you so much and can’t wait for the Christmas session 🥰♥️
