House is very clean and well equipped. The front and back lanai is really nice for sitting outside, with lots of seating. The only issue I had with this rental is that it's just not very comfortable, especially for the number of guests it houses. Each living space has kind of a small, two seat sofa and a couple of chairs - this does make sense for the space, but it's not accommodating for a large group of adults to all hang out together.
