My husband called and left a message for a call back to make an appointment to be assessed. Nobody called back. We went in to town to try to get in- was told nothing was available, even though they had no patients. Receptionist was rude about making an appt- told us to do it online. Tried online, but won't let us make appt because they are closed. There is no excuse for rudeness !!
