Received unsolicited mail from this company for their memorials service after my father passed away. I never requested information from them online or by phone. I received numerous flyers in the mail while already struggling to process losing my father. I just feel as though this is a really sleazy way of advertising. I had to bury my father 5 hours away in PA so I would have never needed their services anyway. This is a difficult time for families and we don't need business preying on our misfortune.
The level of expertise of Chris and his team at 'Memorials By Design' made the process of crafting a beautiful memorial for my loved one while grieving much easier. Their astute attention to detail in the design and etching processes reassures me that I have entrusted the best company in the area with this task. Our DAR Chapter needed something special for our America 250 Bronze marker. Memorials by Design realized the importance of this situation and worked within our very tight budget. Much cheaper than other memorial stone places in the area, with great quality material and communicated the details on the installation of the bronze marker. We receive many compliment on the stone/marker at Bethel Cemetery. We are forever grateful
