My visit was exceptional. Everyone, from the receptionists, to the NPs and aides and doctor were professional and friendly. During surgery the nurses were wonderful in seeing that I was comfortable and relaxed, my doctor kept me informed as to what was happening during each step. (I was awake during the procedure). I feel that a lot depends on your surgeon, I've had previous visits here and in this case, my doctor has always been friendly and caring and that made the visit even more relaxing.

Office staff is severely incompetent. Came here for outpatient surgery and they didn’t have their paperwork ready for me to sign - literally calling insurance in front of me which delayed my procedure.

Great staff who were both very personal and very professional. They made me feel at ease during my outpatient visit.

Have been here multiple times for bladder botox injections by my urologist. Surgery room is extremely cold and due to my injury I have very hypersensitive skin and the coldness creates unspeakable pain similar to scalding from a burn. The nurses didn't seem to care about that, they were more interested in their music selection they blast over the speakers and I couldn't hear them when they would speak to me. They were not very compassionate and understanding,if I could choose somewhere else I would.
