These lovely people have mastered the art of efficiency and compassion simultaneously. It's a tough balance, and they have aced it. My procedure was quick, but I never felt rushed. Comfort was never an issue as they were attentive to my every need. I can't say enough good things about how they run their facility. Thank you.

I'm still high from surgery this afternoon, but wanna give a shout out to (forgive me if I'm wrong! ) Kevin, Dr. Aslmand, Dr. George (best nap ever), Dr. Chan, Mandy, Diego and all of the other nurses that work there. I was almost too relaxed going into surgery just knowing I was in great hands. The front desk that checked me in was also incredible! First off the one star is for billing and insurance estimates. Dr Patel is absolutely amazing at her job. She truly cares and listens to her patients. She keeps up with the most current research in gastroenterology. We did discuss how I didn't want the recommended colonoscopy because I know people my age don't get covered. She assured me she would code it so I would be covered and named my PPO insurance. I was impressed when they pre-authorized it and I got the estimate in the mail. Great Place! Dr.Chao and his team were excellent! I felt so comfortable. Step by step was informed what was going to take place and always was asked if I had any questions or needed anything. I know I was in the best hands.
