Excellent service very attentive They treat everyone as equals
This is my second time having to come to this ER and both experiences have been great. From registration to actually seeing a doctor, everyone is incredibly nice. I was embarrassed for my reason to visit this last time and I was met with patience, understanding, and smiles. Any type of waiting (which really wasn't terrible) was met with an apology and they really listen to you. Highly highly recommend coming here if you need emergent care.
The doctors and nurses were very nice and attentive both in the ER and regular patients rooms. The case manager and social worker were very nice and helpful after the patient was discharged. The facilities are clean. Very good experience.
Although I can't say much about the doctor. But other than that.
