Had 1st visit with a new HMO PCP, Dr. Pandy. Very thorough, organized and helpful. Easy checkin process too. Grateful for him taking time on this 1st visit.
This place was great when it first opened but is a complete disaster now. They clearly took on way too many patients. The wait to see a primary care doctor is over a month. I’d love to know what medical problem exists in which you can just wait a month to see a doctor. Specialists are even worse. I had a hugely infected toe recently and was told the soonest they could get me in was 3 months. If you’re a patient here and have a medical problem essentially the only solution is to go to the ER
