Poor patient care. They fail to see patients in a reasonable amount of time. They do not follow their professional obligations and make the patients do their job in finding referrals. If you have a chronic health condition, this clinic will not help you. The referral team lacks a work ethic, claiming they cannot offer other referrals. If you call your health insurance plan they will direct you to tell the provider to call them for additional referral support— the referral team refuses to do this.
