Very efficient and pleasant experience at Wave Imaging in San Clemente. Walked in and got checked in and was seen right away by an X-ray tech.
Lisa Roberts- The facility was clean and well organized. They helped me promptly and I waited less than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The technicians were professional and courteous. My only complaint is the parking was limited and I had to drive around the parking lot for a bit before someone else left which opened up a space for me. For this reason I would allow an extra 5-10 minutes to park. Perhaps they should consider building a parking structure.
Ok. It’s Thursday afternoon around 1:30 or 2:00, and the x-ray technician just decides to leave. And nobody seemed to care about in the office. And hardly anybody was in the waiting room. It would’ve been a good time to get an x-ray, but the x-ray technician went home. No sorry about that, or call ahead next time.
Out of all the times I've gone here for imaging. The employees always make me feel at peace with what I'm there for. They ease my mind and are very professional as they are unable to diagnose they still know how to help. Imaging is always thorough and Doctors never need a repeat scan/ultrasound or whatever I have gone for. Job well done always.
