Staff with very nice and polite and very informative.
Mix of bad and great. The segment of this business that makes the appointments might be one of the worst customer service experiences imaginable. Not because they’re rude, but because they have zero personality, understanding of their job, and rarely speak reasonably good English. I set my appointment, after grinding with a very inept person on the appointment line, then showed up on my scheduled appointment date, only to find out I had no appointment.
