The staff is friendly, and courtesy. The person I called to setup my appointment made a mistake. They only ordered the ct scan of my uper back not my lower back. But the person in the front office scheduled me for the next day to do the ct scan. Double trip, that's totally not correct.
We had an appointment for 1pm. The receptionist told us they had “a lot of walk-ins” and our reserved time slot would be delayed by 35 minutes. Why do walk-ins take precedence over those who followed directions and made an appointment?
I got my appointment same day. It was an evening appt., which I didn't know they had. 845pm. It is great to finally have someone who's open at night for people who have to work. Very quick and efficient. Thank you.
Fast efficiency good parking what's not to like
I got there late for my appt because I was misdirected to the Newport Bch location. They accepted me and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. X-ray tech was friendly and very competent. Altogether a good experience
