Was trying to book a muscular med appointment. Obviously trying to rule out cancer. I was calling to confirm my appointment and waited 3 hours to get a call back. I ended up calling back and was confronted by an extremely rude patient angry that I followed up
It took me over an hour to make an appointment. I was transferred on phone about five times. That's the good news. The bad news was it took longer to ask a question prior to my visit. Everybody that picked up the phone said that's not my department, and transfered to the wrong one or gave me wrong number to call. I just canceled my appointment.
