I have gone to the Memorial Breast Center for years for my mammograms. My experience has been always very comfortable with all of the staff. My most recent technician was so very professional, caring, compassionate, friendly and personable. She made the experience so pleasant! The wait was very minimal and timely. Thanks to their great staff and the technician for their excellence!
The environment is simply inspiring and very much designed to make your experience as "zen" and comfortable as possible. the staff is pleasant the ambient music is pleasant with good energy. You feel like your at a day spa!
Everyone was so kind. The ambiance was peaceful and the staff was knowledgeable. The procedure has changed over the years and seemed less painful.
I had an excellent exam with Teresa N! She was very professional, positive and explained everything carefully. The facility was very open and restful. However I think those that provide services in the building should let their patients know that there is a check-in at the front desk. I was not prepared for that and there was a line didn't bother me because I had enough time but it could be an issue. I think when the instructions are emailed or texted they should include this part of the process
Place is very clean. Employees are very friendly. Hard a bone density test. Very quick. Technician was very helpful with getting me up off the table. Highly recommend Memorial Care Center.
