After reading some of the reviews I was scared of going in for my mammogram but I quickly realized I was wrong to be scared. The receptionist was very courteous and prompt. The tech was wonderful she explained everything with detail and made me feel comfortable.
I went today as an emergency referral. Natalie, the technician, was kind and compassive. Itcwas late aftetnoon, and she was notnin a rush. She treated me with respect and very professional.
This was an incredibly dehumanizing experience. I left sobbing, without the imaging that I showed up for. I was able to get scheduled across town without any issues for the same imaging.
Very unprofessionalsecond my date for mammogram comes up I get a call that same day two hours prior to my appointment it’s going to have to be rescheduled, these ppl care less about patients well being and our time off work it seems like a game to them to play with peoples health and time shut down if obviously you can’t provide service needed!!!
