I had a great experience at this clinic and was completely satisfied. The place was very clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and professional. The vet was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident and comfortable bringing my cat here. Highly recommend!
We had a terrible experience at Memorial Village Animal Hospital. We arrived with our dog Rocky in a clear emergency situation. Instead of immediately providing medical attention, the staff focused on paperwork, payment, and collecting our information. While we were waiting at the front desk, our dog passed away. Another very concerning experience at Memorial Village Animal Hospital. A close friend of mine trusted this clinic with their pet, and unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. The pet was given incorrect medication, which ultimately led to its passing. This raises serious concerns about the level of care, attention to detail, and medical responsibility at this facility. Grace LOVES going to MVAH! Dr Walsh takes excellent care of her, whether it is chiropractic/acupuncture/cold laser therapy (which has given her life back after a neck injury) or general vet care, she is amazing. Dr Faulkner is also wonderful…she did a minor oral surgery on Grace and the communication and care were outstanding.
