We waited over an hour past the time we were asked to arrive. We were told that Dr. Smith was running 20-30 minutes behind, but we quickly realized that the schedule was further behind than that. My husband attempted to address our frustration about the wait time with the front desk staff, only to be given an attitude. They clearly didn't care, and offered to reschedule my husband's procedure for May 2025. Dr Krishnan has been our urologist for over 14 years. He and his associates are very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, always patient and exceed my expectations. I can’t say enough positive things about him as both an individual and physician. Top notch.
The staff is needs to be professional and diligent. I am struggling with a lab bill from past 10 months. Medical staff were contacted multiple times and we were told that it will be resolved. I am at loss trying to coordinate with them, lab and insurance. Please respect and value others time.
