I completed PT for a dislocated shoulder before and after surgery. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received. According to my surgeon I’m way ahead of the normal for the damage I had. I’m sure the credit should be given to Physical Therapist Jessica, she was very encouraging when I was discouraged, Thank You Jessica Lightfoot, I appreciate all the effort you put in to my recovery!

They bill fraudulently for services that were never rendered. The first date of service I only had an evaluation which took up the whole time of the appointment. We never did any therapy exercises and they are billing my insurance for both an evaluation and therapy on that first visit. The 2nd visit I was highly unsatisfied with as the therapist was doing opposite from what my ordering dr was wanting. After the 2nd visit I was uncomfortable with the whole experience and cancelled 4 weeks worth of visits after that.

I have been a patient since October I went to schedule my next set of appointments for the next three weeks and I need to do morning appointments. Somehow out of all of their physical therapists they only have 1 opening a week. That’s nuts. You have working people that’s can’t have their medical needs meet because they are too busy scheduling unemployed people in the mornings.

After a broken hip, Heidi and Jen were great at getting me going again. I hope I never need them again, but they were wonderful to work with while I did!!
