My 2024 tax year using this company, prepared by Michael Cotrone, has been the most problematic tax year of my life. From the beginning my 2024 return was full of mistakes that I had to personally discover and point out. Internal mistakes listing incorrect income for my 2023 tax return to major problems filing the 2024 tax return incorrectly.
